Understanding Your Needs

  1. Complete the  loan evaluation form, or
  2. Contact a consultant directly.

Financial Analysis

Provide a financial history of your church, ministry, or business, including:

  1. Last 3 years and up-to-date Income/Expense Statements
  2. Last 3 years and up-to-date Balance Sheets
  3. Current Year Operating Budget (if available)

Prepare

Begin to collect the required documentation on the document checklist.

    Choose Your Solution

    After Darra Consulting has analyzed your financial position and documentation, we will provide you with several options. From these options, you’ll choose the one that best meets your needs.

    Submission, Approval, and Closing

    Once you have chosen a solution, Darra Consulting will guide you in the process of pre-approval and closing, serving as the primary contact for the church to answer any questions from the lender, and gathering any additional documentation that may be required.
